  After reading some reviews and experience it by my own, the conclusion is their customer service is LACK ON COMMUNICATION CLARITY. There is no wrong if they need to do some cross checking, data verification and all. I am one person who actually very interested on this rental, and as a new customer of course I will be asking, trying to be responsive, responsible on what I can provide before I am using the service because I know nothing about this place. But when I was trying to provide the documents they require (I was asking, clarifying to make sure I don't miss any documents to make the process easier) the way they responding, answering, and explaining is very poor. To summarize this entire feedback, no, it's not your policy that was wrong, its the way how your customer service communicating and providing information clarity that you need to look after to.
