  Booked a car 3 weeks in advance. Never got any confirmation despite our repeated requests. They just cancelled the booking a few hours before our flight. Unreliable and disrespectful company. Stay away from them Update! They contacted us today to ask when we would return the car. The same car they cancelled just before our flight. No further comments needed

  Ridiculous verification process. Gave all necessary info and documents ( also quite number ) and still need to verify with company domain email Address??? Do not recommend coz it is such a hassle….

  Scam ! I do book thru Traveloka and send them all my data even my photo with passport ( my face ) . I book 3 week ago and they just cancel last minute before my flight what a total madness.. if they want to cancel why don’t they do it like way before my flight !
