    A++ and 10/10. Everyone we dealt with from the team was amazing and very good customer service. Although I only spoke English, the team members did their best to explain everything and everything is transparent from the beginning. Will definitely use their services again in the future. The car we rented was very clean as well and the admin was easy to deal with. We needed to rent the car for an extra day and they were very flexible in accommodating this. And also very honest and trustworthy as they didn't have change when we initially paid(only IDR25000), yet they transferred it back with deposit although it was a small amount and i wasn't expecting it back. Also communication is very good! Thanks WS team.

    I do not recommend using the services of this company. Despite the large number of reviews, the work is organized unprofessionally as you will definitely pay much more than what you are initially told. I strongly advise you to read the negative reviews first and you will see the same thing as I wrote below. 1. At first they told me that I could pick up the car at 9 am. I arrived and waited for a company employee, but then he called me and said that it would be possible to pick up the car only at 12 am. I didn’t argue and went to wait in the nearest cafe. As a result, the car was delivered at 11 am. 2. The company has many rules that you will not learn about before renting a car. I was shown these rules after I rented the car. It turns out that I can only drive 250 km a day, and then I have to pay 20k rupees for each kilometer! 3. I returned the car at the airport and thought that the whole process would take 10 minutes maximum, but in the end the company employee spent 30 minutes count

    not recommend at all, lot of hidden fees. hard to deal. The car was not clean, full with smoke stain. we rent for five day with 1M deposit but they charge tax on deposit return, transfer charge they deduct also from deposit while not even mention during deal.
