    I have been using this Rental Service for last 2 yrs. I use them once in 2 to 3 months. They are very reliable and the Drivers are generally polite and friendly. Also they are on time and never had any issues. I continue to use them and I recommend to my friends to use their services.

    Car was confirmed and I send even arrival informations. Everything seems organized. Once I get to Surabaya not only we find out the driver wasn’t there but if we wanted a car we would have had to pay more then what agreed for. This is literally a scamming tactic. We had to book another car from another company ending up loosing a lot of time.

    Booked and confirmed a car days in advance and upon arrival at Surabaya airport got a message saying not only the driver wasn’t there, but the car was no longer available and the only available one was almost twice as expensive. Not trustworthy
