  I had a great experience with Kolaka scooter. I rented for 3 weeks, and Ayu was so kind and helpful. I was able to try out a couple sizes of bikes, and find what worked best for me. The bikes were in great shape and I had an easy experience renting, and it was a good price rental too. I actually caused some minor damage to a bike, and they were very gracious about the repairs. They didn’t stress out or get angry with me, but found the least expensive way to repair, it and even send me links to the parts they needed so I could tell that they weren’t overcharging me. After my first villa rental ended, I ended up in a villa that she and her husband own just down the road, in the rice paddy fields! They even let me leave the bike there for an easy return. I really felt like I had their support for my time in Ubud. Next time I’m around I’ll look to rent from Kolaka scooter again ☺️

  Not sponsored: I was skeptical about the 5 stars, but as soon as i talked to the owner and the first time i met her i understood why. The service was amazing. The bike was new and the price is very good and maybe the cheapest. So if you want a good bike, support a very honest person and have the lowest price on the market, this is your place.   Have only positive memories about renting a scooter here on our first visit to Ubud. The owner, Mrs. Ayu, is super kind and responsive. The bike was in great condition also. Can highly recommend.
