  Awful service : I'm saying this as someone who lived in Bali 4 years, have rented from different rental companies - the service is not organized.. 1. They charged more $ monthly than my last rental company for exact same bike 2. The bike had broken phone holder and was delivered on empty gas tank. After a week I asked them to replace it while was in massage on by birthday. They did that but left it up in the stand. When an attendant helped me push it off the stand, a big part broke dragging on the ground. The attendant helped tie it with rope so I could at least drive it home. 3. I took gojek for the evening at my own expense as they said office was closed 4. They gave old 125cc bike as compensation, also on empty gas tank, when I was paying for 150c . 5. They said it would be repaired in a day and it took 2 days 6. They had 4 diff staff bike guys contacting me asking my location(now I am doing their logistics for them) 7. I asked for just 200k refund for this as it's waste of my time

  Great experience! We rented two scooters for two weeks. They were in perfect shape and very affordable. The owner was super helpful and trusting, even allowing us to pay later in the day when we didn't have cash ready upon arrival. Highly recommended!

  Great and amazing service! Bike were in great condition. Rented for almost 6 months and it was really easy to work with Argan and Made. Besides, anytime there was an issue, their staff were ready to help as fast as possible. Definitely will rent from them again.

  I’ve genuinely loved working with them, Arga was always so helpful and professional every time. I even got a new phystacio scooter because I rented long term more then 1,5 years so I will definitely do it again when I’m in Bali. Good job guys and thank you
