  Pelayanannya kurang profesional, jadwal janji antar jemput motor ga tepat, rentalnya telat dateng, kita nya harus nunggu di depan stasiun, harga nya berubah ubah, mana di booking 1 hari sebelumnya ga confirm kalo ada biaya antar jemput, yang berati kita bayar double, biaya sewa+biaya anjem, karyawannya kebingungan pas ditanyain harga, helmnya ga nyaman naik turun terus kacanya, bensin nya ga diisi full, kita cuma dapet 1 strip bar??? Alhasil harus beli bensin pake uang sendiri padahal di nota akhir tertulis 3 kotak bensin. Udah bayar mahal kukira udah include bensin tapi ternyata enggak
