  I tried booking a rental car from this place 6 months in advance, I had already chosen a car and received a reasonable price. When I confirmed my arrival, I was suddenly told that the price had changed due to the busy season. Wow, this was very disappointing. It would have been better if I had been informed from the beginning of the booking that the price would change according to the busy season, but there was absolutely no notification from the rental staff. Unfortunately, there was no effort from the staff to provide any customer service at all. I canceled my rental plans from this place; it was very unprofessional. If this happened to me, it will surely happen to others as well.
