Bad experience with customer service. Really rude and disrespectful. Better to find other place to rent a bike. Very not recommenced. See? She’s always trying to defend herself by saying terrible things to the customers. That’s not how cs treat customers. They won’t accept any ID accept your nationality ID or passport. What if any accident happen? How the police identify the driver if the driver doesn’t have nationality ID? Otaknya setengah ini mbak. No attitude at all.

Rude customer service. Totally being disrespectful and disgusting. Oh anyway, bike rent from your hotel would be the same price, and so much better service. You just need to ask the receptionist.
