  Alhamdulillah, it didn't even take 20 minutes for the passport replacement service process to expire, it's over. The current service is much more satisfying than the service in 2013, when making passports. Service from employees I term Service Four S: Greet, Polite, Immediate and Done. Greetings four S to all ranks of Immigration Office Class I TP Lampung 👍👍👍🙏

Mrs. Nofita's kindness and patience were truly remarkable. She went above and beyond by allowing me to take photos three times to ensure I had the perfect one for my passport.
