  I joined this English course to prepare for my IELTS Academic test, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. I got an overall Band 8.0 and for me that's more than enough. The lessons & material were really clear and practical, but what made the biggest difference was the teacher. I got Mr.Sam as my teacher, and he was extremely friendly, patient, and always supportive, even when I made silly mistakes. Althougt I felt nervous early in the course, Mr.Sam ensures me to just relax and enjoy the learning process, because he made learning Advanced-level English fun and easy to understand. He gave very detailed feedback on my writing and speaking, and always encouraged me to be confident in the real test. The atmosphere in the class was quiet, but always felt supportive for me personally, and I could see my confidence improving week by week.
