  Really appreciate that immigration now prioritizes families with toddlers super helpful and thoughtful! It makes a big difference when you’re traveling with little kids who can’t wait in long lines. Big thanks for that. But honestly… in this digital age, why do we still need to bring so many photocopies? Feels a bit outdated. Everything’s already online, right? Hope this part can be improved so the process is even smoother. Overall, good step forward just hoping the system can catch up with the times too!

  Went here few times for biometric registration for visa extension process and had good experience always. The process is fast and staffs are also very nice and professional.
