Need to improve their work ethics. They have rather long lunch break despite becoming private business. They work really slow and not friendly enough as a service industry. Visa application submitted on Monday but only received by the embassy on Friday. Visa finished on Monday but the passport can only be taken on Thursday, and they couldn't guarantee the time. Worth to try the competitors.

My go to branch of Panorama, even compared to Jakarta. The staffs are very helpful and always try their best to find solutions for you. Parking is limited especially on working hours. But so far I’ve always found one empty lot.
