  This is a very good place to take a TOEFL iBT test. The building is clean, air-conditioned, and the test kit is well maintained and works smoothly. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful.

  I took the IELTS replacement test with Vista. The test location was convenient, quiet, and easy to focus in. Some parts of the test were quite challenging, so it's important to prepare beforehand, especially if your last IELTS test was a few years ago.
