Worst experience. Lodging for Australia Tourist visa, i did all of the documents for them, itinerary, everything. Got refused because they simply did not submitted the whole supporting documents. When I tried to appeal, they're NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. So I re-apply by myself, approved within a week. Moral of the story, do all your visas requirements by yourself.
