  My experience with the immigration officers of Banjarbaru was amazing. When I was in Banjaramasin during my trip around Indonesia, I went to Banjarbaru immigration to extend my tourist visa for 1 month. The way the immigration officer Mr Fajar treated me at the office and how he and his subordinate facilitated the process was unforgettable. After I uploaded the documents online, it took a few days for the process to be finalised. But in that time, he personally helped me get the documents done online.
