    This terminal is really busy and crowded in the weekend. Food courts are available on the 2nd floor. There are shopping malls, hotels, and other facilities near the terminal. Online taxi is only allowed to carry passengers into the terminal. If we want to go from the terminal, we must take a taxi available there. The fare is around 80k rupiah. That's quite expensive but that's the only option.

    It is a ferry port that connects Batam and Singapore. This port is quite modern and spacious. Inside this port there are customs and immigration officials. You can also find Duty Free Shop at this place. In addition, at various counters that sell Ferry tickets, you can also buy a Singapore phone card, but physical new cards will be given to us when you arrive in Singapore. This port is owned by the government. In the harbor there is also a mosque for Muslims who will pray.

    Taxi fare 80k, give 100k they wont hv small change. Grab/maxim fare 28k This is not my first time. But the taxi community need to think wisely instead of being like ganster on the door of your country. Gate of terminal is your country first impression. This time I choose the taxi just because I bring mom who are not capable to walk. If you are strong enough, you can oder grab just walk a bit to the main road about 100/200m.

    Immigration process was smooth. Taxi services are overpriced and their the drivers can be pushy and annoying, but no choice as grab and gojek pick up point is far away
