Grab cars can not enter the ferry terminal, so passengers have to walk out to wait for the car under the link bridge. Ticket collection at level 1, collect at least 90mins in advance. Luggage check in at level 1, opens 60mins before departure. There is duty free shop and a mini coffee bar inside the departure hall.
