  Not efficient, not knowledgeable, hundred to billions revenue from LEASE LAND (UWT) should deserve much better services and attitudes. This is where middle man or agency needed and will add the cost to already high cost property ownership in this island and causing this area are less competitive to neighborhood countries. Longer break time. Since they having enough worker there, they should arrange stagger-break time so, the service will not interrupted during lunch-break. Bear in mind, their salaries are paid by Land Holder through the Levy (UWT or UWTO), so they should serve the 'client' with better services.

  Batam Public Service Mall, provides a variety of public services , these include the services of the Batam City Government, the Batam Indonesia Free Zone Authority/BP Batam, the Immigration, the Indonesian Customs and Excises, the National Police, the National land Authority, Insurance, etc. Currently, Batam Public Service Mall endeavors to provide up to 420 services.
