I came here to try and seek some help to renew my helper’s expiring passport, but the tall Indian security guard was very rude to the visitors and did not allow anyone in without an appointment. I acknowledge his efforts as a security guard, but find his manners very bad. Luckily, the kind Pakcik at the admin reception was very nice to us, and gave us a slip of paper to write down our problems so that he could submit it up to management for us. I highly commend him. I hope the Indonesian embassy looks into its service providers and customer service officers.

Came to commemorate and celebrate the 80th anniversary of Indonesia independence with my queen and her family. It was spectacular as you see waves of fellow Indonesians coming into the venue with full of passion and enthusiasm, dressed in red and white, waving their flags, some even wear them on their costume, some singing their Indonesian pop songs with their friends. While deep down knowing some of them are our beloved domestic maids with only 1 day offs per week or some months, they must have valued this gathering with their peers. On a side note, as a Singaporean, the food choices here are so attractive, although on a pricier end, the experience is priceless. Will I come again? Definitely yes to wherever my queen brings me to 🥰

I had a pleasant experience at KBRI and with help from its staff. They were very friendly and helpful. I had to get a stamp for my son’s passport as French Embassy requested the passport has to be stamped with “unable to sign” by Embassy of RI at the passport. Services was done vey swiftly and seamlessly. Special shout out to Pak Farid who was super helpful. Top notch services. Thank you KBRI

One of the worst embassy experiences I’ve had. Staff were chatting while people were waiting, service was slow, and the attitude felt arrogant. Closing at 3pm makes it even harder for working people. I understand dress codes and procedures are important, but professionalism and efficiency should matter too. When your citizens visit government offices like ICA in Singapore, they are expected to follow strict procedures — but they are also treated with professionalism and respect. Shouldn’t the same standard apply here? If you are here to serve the public, then service should not depend on mood or attitude. People come for assistance, not to be met with unfriendly faces. Hope service standards can improve. Everyone deserves to be treated fairly. When we Singaporean go your country same get treated like this , when you come here work also bring the same pattern come here . Why last night plate burst ?
