    I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the unprofessional behavior of the security guard at this location. I arrived earlier than anyone else due to an urgent matter. However, the elderly security guard intentionally refused to give me a waiting number. Despite being the first person in line, other people who arrived later were served ahead of me at the same counter for no justifiable reason. When I confronted him about why I wasn't given a number, he dismissively told me to just wait since it wasn't busy. Deciding to take matters into my own hands, I went to press the ticket machine myself—just like every other customer was doing. Shockingly, the guard took this personally and threatened me, saying, "Because you ignored my words, you will be served late."Furthermore, I noticed that he failed to perform the standard security check on me, which raises serious concerns about the safety and protocols of this establishment.     The embassy environment was clean and organized. It’s recommended to make an appointment in advance, as walk-ins may involve some waiting. Overall, a very efficient and helpful experience for anyone preparing to study in Korea.

    I was able to what I needed by visiting here. Located at 16th floor. When you get in golden tower, you need to register through present your ID card then, put your phone number. Then you can go up. After visiting, you will get number for queue, then following your turn for your work needed. Need to prepare any actual ID ( passport, drive license etc) to make your work done. Recommend to prepare for some cash in any case to need payment. Or, you can withdraw some money from the ATM at the newton MRT station.

    Staff didnt give me a clear information about Visa we would like to do volunteer in Korea checking if we need to apply Volunteer Visa,She said she can not advice .She ask us to get a international call to Korea😢
