    Batam immigration takes bribe much more than the tour itself, it is such a bad tour, the immigration officer of Batam demands money, even if your documents are complete, he will tell you some issue and say that I have a friend in the travel agency, he will help you, I will call him and when his friend comes, he will say that you have to pay Rm 500 then i pay him no option that's y. I can help u to enter i request all the tourists not to go to Batam because they take a lot of bribe. My first tour was very bad. Please do not go there. They create any issue by saying anything and just ask for money from you. I request you please do not go to Batam. If someone has gone to Batam and this has happened to him then please tell me. Thank you.

    Immigration officer just took our passport for no reason , and ask money from us. They say:” u help me I help u “ for money … if not they send us back to our country :) Such a bad experience..

    Bums at immigration waiting to extort money from you, would give u a smug look and lie saying you ‘broke rules’ and threaten to send u back home, glad they are arrested :) *took S$200 from me*

    just want to shared what happened to me , my sister and brother inlaw yesterday. we arrived to immigration we Q left last officer my brother inlaw go first he asking his return ticket i answered i said go back i will get his ticket. then he keep telling ask in complete document, then he bring ask to office. he wants ask to turn back to singapore coz he say incomplete document. don’t let u all go out he said, then that the case can i book the ticket now then he say its to late should prepare before you come, i said how i know that need now. i can buy before go back, he. say indonesians rules. give me to 2 apption turn back to singapore or pay him $300 , i told. him pay a lot money for the ferry and 7 days hotel then don’t let me go out i said. asking $300 , so i give him lah . he ask the boat man come to office the money . ask me to wait outside. then bring our passport. . really very disappointed this my trip.
