    I had a wonderful experience with this travel agency from start to finish. The entire trip was very well organised, and everything went smoothly without any issues. The stay at Radisson Golf & Convention Center Batam was extremely comfortable and exceeded expectations. Clean rooms, great service and excellent F&B. While the location is further away from the city centre, the hotel provided great shuttle services. It really added to the overall enjoyment of the trip. I especially appreciated how seamless the ferry arrangements were. The timing, coordination, and clear instructions made the journey stress-free, which is often one of the more challenging parts of travel. Overall, it was a well-planned and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for a hassle-free getaway. Thank you.
