  Recommended to those who wanna apply for non e-passport since less crowd and fast service (less than an hour), passport was ready to be collected 4 days after.

  Very nice service remembering this is public service office. However there is still room for improvement. The friendliness of document checker officer before coming to the interview counter can be improved for obvious reason. If you already register through website and scheduled for certain time, it was useless. I still had to wait the queue with others that not registered yet.

I don't know why some people give this place a one star, my own experience is its really very professional and world class service. I went there at 8am, and all process completed by 10am. I salute all the immigration officers who serve the people so professionally and full of integrity.

  The one that i like about modernization in immigration when dealing with passport is its system. Currently we are no longer need to stand in queue from early morning before the dawn of the day just to get the line number together with "calo" wo always walking here and there. This immigration office is placed in the harbor bay that is one of ferry harbor to Singapore. if you come with proper document and register online first few days before...everything is considered as fast. You just need to pay at any bank or post office that is convenience. 3 days also the time frame to get your passport. was my first experience here and become pleasant experience. the new system....worth it to manage more and better in the future.
