great service and fast, it only takes 5 days for your passport to be ready to use. could improve some staff attitude because I've provided all the required documents but they said it is not complete but then they check it again it is all in there, they just didn't see it. good!

My friend and i went here for passport extend .After you registerered online. And they give you the date . Please came with pen, materai, glue. you gonna need that for thr form. And prepare for fotocopy your exp passpor and id( zoom in). As far as i know. they serve 200 application on weekday. So you better came earlier to get in first line.i went at 9 am and i my line number is 137

Batam Immigration has done such an improvement by facilitating enrolment through WhatsApp to avoid hassle. I applied for renewal (e-passport), process finished only couple hours and got my passport a week later. Nowadays there's another one in Harbour Bay as well yet only for non e-passport. Easy peasy!

I am very happy with this Kantor Imigrasi Batam, they services very professional currently. All digitally linked from the registration, interview and collect passport. Only documents still need copying.
