I was misinformed by staff at this immigration office the day before my visa expired, which led to an overstay that I now have to pay £350 for — a fine that could have been completely avoided. The staff gave conflicting instructions, were unhelpful and dismissive, and wasted hours of my time waiting in long queues. What should have been a simple process turned into stress, wasted time, and unexpected costs — all due to official misinformation. I strongly caution anyone relying on this office to double-check everything and don’t trust verbal instructions. Excellent service. We don’t realise we needed to extend our visa from 30 to 60 days until we were in Bali and then the immigration office was closed for some time due to holidays. The visa extension company were super effort with great communication - it saved us so much hassle and totally worth the money.

I had a really disappointing experience with Moraia Bali Visa Extensions, and it ended up costing me a lot of unnecessary money, time, and stress. We relied on them for guidance, but the information we were given was either incomplete or misleading. Because of this, we ended up in a situation that could have easily been avoided if we had been properly advised from the start. What made it worse was the lack of care and urgency. We were dealing with a time-sensitive visa issue right before Nyepi, but instead of helping us find a solution, the staff member we were dealing with seemed more focused on leaving for the holiday. There was no real effort to support us or explain our options clearly. Only afterwards did we find out that parts of the process could have been handled online, which was never communicated to us. Instead, we’ve now been forced to go back and forth to immigration ourselves, trying to fix something that should have been handled properly in the first place. Overall,
