  I would give average rating - Please do not expect Singaporean work style there. Couple of things to improve 1. Their website is not up to date (As usual as many sri lankan institutes). The pricing mentioned in the website is not accurate. Be prepared to pay more 2. Make sure to bring cash - exact amount (we had to walk back to Novena MRT to get cash and prepare exact 58 SGD for doc certification) 3. The reception staff does not want to speak in Sinhala strangely. Not sure how she support non-english speaking Sri Lankans coming to get something done.

  This is a typical Sri Lankan office. Don’t expect things in Singapore way. Even though staff is working until 5.30pm, you need to go before 12.30pm to submit documents. Basically you only have 3 hours on weekdays if you anything needs to be done. Besides, staff is not trained to serve the people, very rude attitude, broken English speakers with putting Sri Lankans pride totally away.
