  Bad experience. Saw an advertisement and wanted to book. Wrote in and didn’t get a reply. So called in but ended up waiting on the line for 2.5 HOURS still nobody to speak to. Guess will just book the trip elsewhere.

  Waited online for more than 90 mins despite them telling that my call is important to them. I gave up and hung up in the end. Nothing resolved.

  Responds fast within half a working day and flight was booked in 2 days. Needed to use them as they are one of the 2 approved travel agencies. However, if given another chance, I would never use their services again, nor recommend to anyone as her experience was not the most pleasant. Their staff questioned judgmentally (and unprofessionally) my decision on what flights to take rudely, assumes I know what she meant (e.g. the processes of how flight ticket purchase made through agency works) though I have politely asked what she meant. To put things into perspective, it was already mentioned to her that it was my first time purchasing through an agency.
