    Good price, good laptop! Although its a model that is phasing out but honestly for casual use i don't need a top of the line laptop. If looking at cost in relation to the specs, plus all the bundled freebies, this was a super value purchase.     Encountered issues with my file access, and asked Support to assist with it multiple times. I had quite a bit of issues with it, with the other support staff being unable to help me resolve my issue long term. When Si Her was assigned to my problem, and he did his best to solve my issues, going above and beyond to help me with it, even contacting Microsoft support to finally resolve the root issue. He was very friendly, and even did a check-up after the situation to ensure that I did not have any other issues. It was overall a pleasant experience working with him.
