  The location is excellent, with easy access to the Ferry Terminal and a wide variety of shops just steps away. A special thank you to Mr. Christ and the entire team for making our stay exceptionally comfortable. The front desk staff delivered outstanding hospitality, while the security officer (whose name I unfortunately can't recall) was professional, friendly and attentive. We were always greeted with warm smiles and their genuine friendliness made us feel welcomed and appreciated throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

  Fahasu is an amazing staff member. His service was beyond excellent — he went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and paid close attention to our needs. We truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The front counter staff — Putri, Shifa, and Michael — were very friendly and highly professional in their work. The other staff members were also friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The security officer was also very friendly and welcoming.

The location is also excellent, as it is right next to the ferry terminal, making it very convenient for getting around. There are also many amenities and facilities available around the hotel.

  Location is good. Near the harbour and the mall. Sheltered all the way to the hotel. Wheelchair accessible. Hotel room is clean. Breakfast at Cituuz is decent. Can always eat at nearby coffeeshops and restaurants by the seaside.
