  I did the balkan tour with kak agni as the TL, she’s a content creator, very professional and did her best to take everyone’s pictures and videos. Overall, we got nice hotels, although mostly in downtown area (bit far from city center), but since we’re only staying for a bit, it’s okayy. The local tour guide always ensure we went to halal restaurants. The itinerary was very packed, different countries everyday, great for adding stamps to your passport, but might be tiring for families with small children or the elderly.

  I just finished my 9 countries Balkan trip and had the best time with Avenir. The accommodations were great and we had plenty of free time to explore the cities we went to. Our tour leader, Kak Agni and local guide, Ray, was very helpful and informative. Plus points for our TL being a content creator so all of us got great pictures and videos everywhere. Thanks a lot to our local guide for understanding our needs, such as toilet breaks and dietary constrictions (always showing us the halal restaurants). Although the trip was very fast-paced because we visited many countries, the itinerary was very well constructed and we got to visit many iconic places. Thanks for the great service!

  Just finished an amazing family trip to New Zealand with Wilson as our tour leader, and we are very grateful for all his help throughout the journey. Wilson was very helpful, caring, and always made sure everyone was comfortable during the trip. One thing we really appreciated was when our flight seats were randomly assigned, he helped coordinate so our family could still sit together. It really meant a lot for us. He also always helped to take family pictures and made sure we could enjoy every moment without worrying too much about small things. More than just a tour leader, Wilson felt like a travel companion and a friend during the trip.

  First time going to Korea with travel agent and didn’t expect to be having such a unforgettable experience. Choosing Avenir was a really great choice that i made to bring me and my family for a winter trip. Avenir staff was very friendly from the start and quickly informative about all the documents that i need to prepare. Especially for Kak Muti our beloved tour guide who always there to catch our best moments with her photogenic shoot & she’s so friendly!! Somehow almost all of us feels like she’s not only our tour guide but she’s also our sister who take care & help us during our trip ❤️❤️❤️. Definitely will using Avenir again and again for our next trip and i’m hoping that I will meet Kak Muti again as my tour guide for the future trip HEHE #nyaman
