  During the appointment and biometric process, the staff were friendly and very helpful. I really wanted to give a 5-star rating. However, during the courier delivery process, BLS was very disappointing because it took 5 days for the package to actually be shipped after the passport was ready. Therefore, I gave a 3-star rating for that reason. One more thing, I never received any SMS from BLS even though during my biometrics appointment I paid for the SMS service to get visa progress updates. So how is this? It feels pointless that I paid for the SMS service.

  The service was very disappointing and depressing. My daughter applied on May 4, 2026, and there were missing documents. We sent them on May 13, 2026, and they were received at the BLS office. However, strangely, the documents were only sent to the Spanish Embassy on May 29, 2026. As a result, our family lost the plane tickets we had already purchased for June 2, 2026, because the Spanish visa application was only approved on June 2, in the afternoon. We deeply regret the poor and unprofessional service from BLS, considering it wasn't peak season. This is truly disappointing and a huge loss for us.
