  It's so amazing, currently the place is so so great with luxurious architecture. All the securities here was so carefully monitored the situation also the immigration's ambassador was helping all the customers and explain what to do and prepared. The place also kids friendly and has priority room. For there documents requirements, what we need to prepared for paspor replacement or extension are : 1. Copy of ektp in A4 paper (need as big as that) 2. Copy of profile page expired passport 3. Print of kode billing in m paspor 4. Print of invoice after payment in email 5. Print of invoice after payment in payment channel ( mbanking, atm, etc) 6. Print of surat permohonan 7. Materai 10K 8. Form that you will get in the entrance If you are forget to printout those all documents you can go down to the basement and print for 2K/ paper also copy 2K/paper. Also you can buy materai there.

  For passport application, it's better to arrange schedule through apps, and on D-Day it will be smooth as silk! Note that it is necessary to print and copy several docs, incl.preparing duty stamp. Frontliner is helpful, but sometimes a bit not too responsive, and there is no clear queue for the document receipt in the frontliner. This office has many counters for interviews and photo taking. Total time I spent from receipt of que no.until finish is less than 1 hr ✨🥹 Paid copy center and canteen are available. They also have free playground for children, and free drinks (coffee and tea) for guests. Toilets are clean for such public facility. I think they can improve the Frontliner's alertness and provide a kind of flow chart for applicants to apply and pick up passports. Overall this immigration office is one of the most dope I've ever encountered in my 3 times passport applc. at each different immi office. Good job and keep up the good work ✨
