In our case, they deducted our employee BPJS (social security) contributions but did not remit the payment to the authorities, and the funds appear to have been retained instead. Since raising this issue, there has been no response to our emails or calls. We have also made multiple attempts to contact Jauhari Suchandra (许海峰) via WhatsApp and email, but have received no reply. This lack of accountability and communication is deeply disappointing, especially for a company handling payroll and compliance matters. It also appears they may be taking advantage of the fact that we are not based in Indonesia, assuming they can avoid accountability by simply cutting off communication and retaining the funds.
