  The company said we didn’t need documents that were critical for our application. We consulted friends and family and got a much better full list of what we did need. After submitting the documents, the company misstated the information that was on my partners income and it didn’t match her documents that we gave them…. this meant immigration saw this as a bad application. Which has put us at high risk of non approval for the future. The company also took a long time to reply and it unfortunately took nearly one month just to even process our documents. Horrific experience. Really wish we’d just done it ourselves.
