  Quick responses, easily manageable through WhatsApp, answering all questions within a workday, visa extensions quick and simple. Only reason for a star less is that they're abit more pricey than from what I heard from others but I like their service straightforward and efficient. That's why I keep getting my visa through them.

  The process was so simple , efficient and the staff at the Canggu branch were great. We had the visa extension within 5 days . A stress free process of dropping the passports off at the office, then awaiting a booking at the immigration office . . Normally we would do the whole process ourselves but for the first time on our south east Asia travels we used a company which proved to be a good decision.
