  Update: I saw the refute you wrote, please don’t lie. The situation: The legal advice was self-contradictory, or.. negligence? Prior to making any payments, I clearly raised concerns about the cancellation and late penalty issue of my contract, and asked whether the extended penalties being charged were valid. The consultation ended half an hour early and I was told that my position was weak without a detailed analysis. After following up and identifying a key clause in the contract by myself, In the lawyer's response dated December 29, they confirmed that penalty charges should not continue beyond the 60-day period. This clarification directly contrasts with the earlier assessment that my position was weak. Given this, I requested a 50% refund in good faith and was refused. This inconsistency is the reason for my concern. My request is not based on dissatisfaction, but on the fact that the key contractual issue I raised in advance was not analyzed, despite later being acknowledged
