    My experience with Bali Zero was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, raises serious concerns for anyone seeking immigration assistance in Bali. During my visa process, I was asked via WhatsApp to hand over my passport for unspecified purposes. As a foreign citizen, I found this request highly concerning and sought guidance from the Italian Embassy, which helped clarify the situation. What was even more troubling was the appearance of additional fees that were never mentioned in the original agreement. When I questioned these unexpected charges, I was told that failure to comply could negatively affect my visa status. Communication was poor throughout the entire process, updates were inconsistent, and I felt pressured rather than assisted. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering this agency to carefully document every agreement in writing and verify all information independently. Be aware 🙏🏼

    Do NOT set up your business or VISA with this company. I’ve been with Bali Zero for 3 years but in recent months since the closed their other location the service has been terrible. Staff leaves and doesn’t inform about their departure so your files stay unhandled without you knowing, they are incredibly hard to reach. Lost my trust. Same for my girlfriend, it’s insane.
