  Rude customer support on WhatsApp. I ask simple straight forward questions, they don't answer it just skip it, once asked again they turn to be rude. This pattern repeated, better do business elsewhere

  Super easy process. Our visas expired the day that we went to Baliviza (so impossibleto do it on time by ourselves). They took care of everything for us, all we had to do after we went to the office is go to the immigration and make a pic (which took less than 5 mins and was also very nicely organized with the ticketing system). You pay 500k per person to do it yourself or 800k pp with them. I think it's a very fair price and would definitely do it again next time via them. Thanks a lot, guys! :)

  I applied a little too late for my C1 visa and it was looking like I wouldn’t have it on time before my arrival. I messaged Baliviza late in the afternoon the day before I was supposed to arrive if they could help with expediting. A few hours later they managed to get my visa approved! Absolute life saver! Cannot recommend them enough. Quick and good service over WhatsApp 👍🏼🙏🏼
