    Extremely disappointing experience. The communication with this company has been consistently cold, careless, and unhelpful. I repeatedly asked for guidance regarding my company’s reports and compliance, clearly stated that I do not use email and needed communication via WhatsApp — yet they kept ignoring that and simply sent generic messages or copied responses. They don’t check whether their clients are aware of important deadlines or understand the process, and there’s zero effort to make the experience human or supportive. For a consulting company, they completely fail at “consulting.” I had to chase them for every answer, and even after explaining multiple times what I needed, they never showed interest or empathy. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who expects proper communication or professional support in Bali.
