    I had a very disappointing experience with this visa agent in Bali. My visa was about to expire, and I specifically asked multiple times if it was possible to do a visa bridging so I would not have to leave Indonesia. I even told him that I had already booked a flight and that I would only cancel it if he was absolutely sure the bridging would work. He confirmed several times that it would not be a problem. Because of his assurances, I did not take my flight (which cost me €400). Five days later, Immigration rejected the application because the bridging request must be submitted at least three days before the visa expires. This is basic information that a professional visa agent should know. As a result, I still had to leave the country and book another flight for €500. Despite this mistake and the extra costs I had because of his incorrect advice, he is still demanding €160 for the visa service and is even threatening to report me to the police if I don’t pay. Very unprofessional
