When my visa was declined, they only informed me with a short message that it was “not approved” — with no explanation, guidance, or next steps. About 10 days later, after I followed up myself, they finally responded and said they would help with the appeal process. However, they never contacted me again or followed through with any of the promised support. It’s clear they didn’t want to take responsibility or deal with the situation once things became complicated. Poor communication, lack of professionalism, and zero accountability. I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency if you’re looking for reliable visa support. PS: what kind of reliable Visa agency ignores to pay fees for their website domain?
