  Helped with our visa extensions when we were in a remote spot in Bali and expected to have to travel to Lombok or Denpasar to get our identities verified. Managed to find a local Immigration Office for us that wasn’t widely advertised, worked on our application at the weekend and got everything sorted for us in a couple of days.
