I am disappointed with my repeated experiences with Global Visa Indonesia. This company was recommended to me, so I trusted them with two important visa applications, but both experiences caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The first issue was with my Chinese visa application, which was delayed to the point that I had to go to the airport while my passport was still with their representative. I only received it hours before my flight, which was extremely stressful. Unfortunately, the same level of poor handling happened again with my South Korean visa application. My documents were checked, I was given approval to proceed, I paid the fees, and my passport was sent to Jakarta. A few days later, I was informed via WhatsApp that I was not eligible because I had not lived in Indonesia for two years or more. This should have been identified before taking payment and sending my passport. These repeated oversights show a lack of professionalism, communication, and proper attention

I had an initial in-person consultation with Global Visa Indonesia, during which I was advised to continue communication via WhatsApp for the next steps. Unfortunately, after that meeting, my messages were ignored for nearly two months. I sent a few follow-up messages and received no response whatsoever. For a business handling visa-related matters, timely and professional communication is the bare minimum. Being unresponsive for such an extended period, especially after directing a client to a specific communication channel, reflects very poorly on the level of service.

Highly unprofessional, inconsistent, and wasting time I genuinely used this service to save time because of my busy work schedule, but it ended up being an absolute nightmare and a total waste of energy. The sheer amount of misinformation and moving goalposts from this team makes me seriously question if they are even qualified to handle visas 🤣 First, they stubbornly insisted on a physical, original sponsor letter from my partner's country, Austria, and I literally had to screenshot the VFS website to prove to them that Austria went fully electronic back in 2014. Then came the endless flip-flopping on bank statements where they said mobile banking screenshots were fine, then they suddenly demanded original wet stamps from Austria right after my partner had already flown in with the prints, forcing us to wait an entire month for international mail, only for them to casually change their mind again and say a basic PDF downloaded from the mobile banking app was totally fine. If PDFs

They can't help you. They work NEXT DOOR to the visa application center but have no idea what you actually need to get a Visa. I recommend you find anyone else.
