    If you need copies they do have a copy service there on the premises. People started lining up about 7:30 a.m. and the doors opened about 8:05 a.m. there was some major confusion over which line people should be waiting in. It turns out that Local people wait in one line and foreigners went to a different room. There were very few instructions telling you where to go. I went to the Foreigner service room, I was instructed to go back outside to a different line, where the man told me no I'm supposed to go to the foreigner service room where I was. He made a phone call to tell them that I was supposed to be inside. I came to complete the photo and interview portion of extending my e Visa EVOA. I had already completed the online portion. I also paid the fee online, but now you are required to appear personally for a photo and minor questioning. I was finally given a waiting number. I found a seat in the full waiting room, that had about 80 people. It was easy to hear your number called an

    Go early. You can get your ticket for the queue before 8am at the information counter. It's better to wait outside at the information than inside for the photo ;) But once you get to the photo counter, the kind employees doing a good and quick job. 🙏🏻 I arrived at 7:40 a.m. and got out at 9:15 a.m. Ticket number ~50 for taking a photo.

    Clean and comfortable waiting area. I arrived at 7:45am for the same-day express passport queue and got number 6. After about an hour’s wait, I was called and the process took just 5–10 minutes. Returned at 2pm as instructed for collection. Overall, satisfied with the service.

    ATTENTION TO FOREIGNERS! READ THE UPDATES SECTION! If you are coming here to extend your visa, come BEFORE 11am. I spent 500k on a taxi to come here to extend my visa, I get here only to be told - I have to arrive before 11am. They did not care that it took me 2h to get here. Nowhere In the email did they say this either. A waste of time and money. Apparently it is obvious that we should read the “updates section” on google maps.
