  For the regular process, which is supposed to take around 3–4 days, it has now been more than a week and there has still been no notification via email. My suggestion is that if the number of applicants is currently high, it would be better to clearly communicate this information on the website. For example, by informing applicants that due to the high volume of applications, the processing time may take approximately 7–14 working days. This would help set clearer expectations for applicants and reduce potential complaints. In addition, it may also be helpful to ensure that staff are provided with adequate information about the process and estimated timelines, so they can explain the situation more clearly to applicants and offer appropriate solutions. When I asked the staff about this, they mentioned that they did not know the information and suggested that I try applying for Express Level 1 so that the application could be checked more quickly.   I had always been applied multiple chinese business visa annually for two years in a row. And this year experience is somewhat the worst. For those who do not know, before i used to fill the form and go straightaway to the center and pay for application. The staff there would advised us if there was any mistake in the form and we paid. Three days later, our visa will be released. Efficient and fast. Now, i have to apply online and if there is a mistake, the application need to be cancelled and wait for their approval. I paid the full amount and when the time for collection, the staff told me my passport is not ready for collection. I love this online thing, but it is not efficient and fast like before. I even heard a women who had applied her visa since a month prior and she has no clue when her passport will be released. They surely need to fix this system.

  China visa application process was quite easy and straightforward. First, all required data and forms must be completed online. My online application was approved within just two business days. After that, I received an email with a barcode, which must be brought to the visa center. The process at the visa center itself was very quick. It took less than 15 minutes. For those representing a family member, friend, or relative, don’t forget to bring a power of attorney letter along with a photocopy of ID card (KTP). After submission, it takes around three business days for the visa to be processed, and then the passport can be collected.
