  I have performed Umrah twice with Helwa, and both experiences were truly unforgettable. From start to finish, their service was consistently excellent. The moment we departed from Indonesia, everything was already well-organized and professionally handled by the Helwa team. They selected comfortable flights with top-rated airlines, which made the long journey much more pleasant and restful. One of the things I really appreciated was the presence of a dedicated tour leader who accompanied the jamaah from Indonesia until we returned home. This gave me a sense of comfort and assurance, especially since we were guided every step of the way. The process upon arrival at the airport was also very smooth. We didn’t have to wait around at the baggage claim area, because all luggage was taken care of by the Helwa ground team.   My first Umrah experience with Helwa Group was trully unforgettable. It should be a long story but i'll make it short as i can😄 It all started from a casual conversation after Eid prayer, my dad suddenly said, “How about we go for Umrah?” Of course, I was excited and immediately said yes! We began searching and comparing several travel agencies until we found Helwa Group, which offered a special Umrah package with Ustad Syekh Muhammad Jaber and we knew right away that this was the right one for us. From the very beginning, their service was excellent. When we first asked for information, the team responded with detailed and clear explanations. The Manasik was held in a comfortable place, and the sessions led by Ustad and the team were very informative and helpful.   I'm Sigit. Bismillah. Just finished umrah with my wife of which we entrusted all arrangements to Helwa. Everything, I mean really everything went smooth and well. Their arrangements from schedules, duration of each schedule, places we visited, Madinah, Mekkah, Dubai, Jeddah, prayers, and shopping; we literally got them all with ease & not hectic. The balance between prayers & shopping are the best it made us easy. The best of all are their team lead hospitality: Ustadz Aklif & Baizar. Tawaf & Sa'i in group guided by Ustadz Baizar are wonderful experiences. Hotel in Mekkah Marriott Jabal Omar was great in room & food accommodations. Their sales team can be trusted Bu Fitri. Overall Helwa team are responsive, resourceful, & amanah. It was safe to trust our journey to Helwa. Jazakallaah.

  Umroh 4th August 2025 - Keluarga Dian Firlita Helwa took care 15 members of our family during Umroh, especially for our Kakek & Nenek, also made everything smooth and hassle free. The guides — Ust. Ali & Mas Hilmy were knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful and the accommodations were always comfortable. We will definitely come back with Helwa for our next Umroh 💙
