  Very very disappointing experience with the visa process. I waited 15 days for processing and repeatedly asked for updates because my flight was scheduled. I was told there was no update, so I had to cancel and submit a revocation request. Only after my flight had already departed did I receive notification that my visa was ready. Communication was poor, calls were disconnected, and there was no clear coordination. This caused financial loss and unnecessary stress.

  I went here to apply for a visa. The services are excellent. Everyone was waiting politely and orderly. As an Indonesian, I am amazed by how quiet it was waiting in the room to be called for my queue number. The staff were also gave instruction very clear and patiently answer any of my questions. They also provides some magazines and books to read, some of them are only for reading on site, but some brocures you can bring for yourself. Be careful not to take any pictures. It is also located near the MRT station, so commuting there was convenient. I enjoy every minute I spend there. Arigatou gozaimasu
