  I had a very good experience first time consulting regarding a product and service with Golden Rama Tour. I was a regular in Dwidaya Travel Agency, but I have been disappointed by the service lately as their online customer service on Whatsapp always replies more than 4 hours even though the status is online. Doing a transaction for travel that might only took 15-30 minutes in total become more than a day kind of thing in Dwidaya. So I had this emergency to book a flight as soon as possible and I came accross Golden Rama Tour reviews on Google. I reached out to Golden Rama Tour and I was surprised on how fast they responds! One of the representative was very kind and detailed about all the information I needed and ask regarding the flight and bookings. I get my booking details done within less than 30 minutes.   Marketing lied to customer during travel fair. Told us Thailand is open for travel and doesn’t require quarantine. A day after tickets have been purchased and hotel accomodations have been made, we were told one night quarantine is required. A hotel that normally cost 600rb rupiah became 3,650,000 rupiah / night. What a nightmare. We wouldn’t have purchased tickets at all if we had known quarantine is required. Don’t lie to your customers just to sell products please.
