    As a postgraduate student at Monash University in Australia, I was really stuck with visa issues for my school-aged child. It was a nightmare—contacting one agent who just suggested I go ahead alone, enroll my kid in school once I'm there, and handle the visa later so they could follow.     Not recommended to take your IELTS test here. By now I’ve taken the test about 3 times for various university or work reasons. I’ve always gotten 8.0-8.5, consistently. This is the first time I’ve gotten 7.5. The speaking test staff they have is unprofessional and eager to cut you off through facial cues. The questions they ask during the test aren’t commonly found in everyday life. They also jump between completely unrelated topics. The way they frame their questions aren’t grammatically accurate either. This is not how real conversation goes. It’s also bewildering how they judge essays as the grade I was given suggests grammatical errors were made. Rest assured, they were not. The only grades that remain consistent with my previous tests were the listening and reading, which all had 1 correct answer anyway. Furthermore, the speaking test schedule was pushed before the agreed time slot, with only an email 1 day before to warn you. The rest of the tests also started 20 minutes late. I

    A really great institution to help you prepare for overseas study. Carolina supported me throughout the entire process. She helped me with my LoAs, enrollment, and even setting up my bank account!
